New Feature: Claims

On a rare occassion, things go wrong with parcel delivery.

An item can become damaged or even lost by couriers – but fortunately, all of our services come with insurance of at least £50 included in the price.

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of having a parcel delivery go wrong, you can now apply for reimbursement on your My Shipments page and track claims on the new claims page

Previously, you had to contact us via our support pages and explain the situation to one of our customer support staff, but now you can simply click over to your shipment and fill out the necessary details. Just click on “My Shipments” -> “Shipment Details” -> “File Claim”.

Please check out our FAQ on how to submit a claim to make sure we can investigate and get you reimbursed as quickly as possible.
